A Single varitey blend of Tall fescue is a very dark green, wide bladed grass that is very durable. very tolerant to shade, drought and cold. Stands up well to areas where pets, children or other traffic will be present. With its deep root system, tall fescue requires less water once it’s established than most other types and will stay green longer in the summer that most other types of grass. Requires 4 hours of sun, but will handle less with better success than others.
